Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate)
Ascorbate calcium is a type of vitamin C that is taken by persons whose diets do not provide them with an adequate amount of the vitamin in order to prevent or treat low levels of vitamin C in their bodies. Additionally, calcium can be found in this product. The majority of people who consume a regular diet do not require any additional vitamin C. 1
Menaquinone
Vitamin K2 (also known as menaquinone or MK) is an essential cofactor for carbamylation glutamate residues in vitamin K-dependent proteins in humans. In addition to its role in blood coagulation, vitamin K2 may also be used to regulate tissue calcification and maintain the health of bones, lungs, and the nervous system. The function of blood coagulation is another one of vitamin K2's many uses, and it also has the potential to be used in these contexts.
Butterbur 15% Extract
Although some research suggests that butterbur root or leaf extracts may be useful for treating the symptoms of hay fever (also known as allergic rhinitis), the evidence is not conclusive. According to the findings of one study, a combination product that contains butterbur may help persons with somatoform disorders reduce their symptoms of anxiety and despair.
Quercetin
Quercetin is a plant pigment (flavonoid). It is present in a wide variety of plants and foods, including red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, and other fruits and vegetables. There is some evidence that quercetin can help protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. As a result of its ability to assist stabilize the cells in the body that are responsible for histamine release, quercetin has both an anti infectious and an antihistamine effect.
